80% of the under 30 years old in our surrounding rural area are unemployed. We really believe that entrepreneurships can help a community in general, by giving the tools to young adults to become masters of their future and becoming their own boss, to financially support their family. We focus on soft skills training and the industries in demand.
Agriculture is still very active in the rural areas but mostly consists of subsistence farming with very little successful income or businesses being created. Our Agricultural Entrepreneurship program tackles this issue by providing training in basic business and entrepreneur skills, agri processing, and sustainable and contemporary farming techniques.
